私たちは，看護実習の実習記録の効率化と学習効果を高めることを目的に，実習記録にデータベースを導入した． 　実習記録にデータベースを導入していることに対する学生の意識を明らかにして，実習記録の電子化に対する問題点を考察した．学生の反応から記録の問題点が客観的に評価できた．学生の反応は，情報収集がしやすい，しかし，記録については手間がかかるなど問題点が認められた． We introduced the database to the nursing practice record for enhance education effect and the efficient nursing practice. It was clarified about the nursing students response to the introduced the database for their nursing practice, and it considered the problem. Nursing students response to the new electronic record system admitted, it is easy to do the information collection but take time about record.
