Presentation Format*
  • In principle, Scientific Presentations require both an electronic poster (e-poster) on the CyPos system and an oral presentation at the venue; please select the oral language below.
    Educational Exhibits and Case Report Exhibits (residents/students only) are e-poster only; Technical Exhibit and Presentation require an e-poster and a live core-time demonstration. Meeting registration is required for all presenters.

Diversity Support Program

◆ This program (the Early-career Researchers Support Program and the Encouragement Award) is open to JRS members only.

For radiologists in or having completed a residency who plan board certification in diagnostic radiology or radiation oncology.
Early-career Researchers Support Program For first authors of Scientific Presentations who are not yet board-certified. No secondary-review abstract required.
Guidance is sent after acceptance. For details, see the separate page (Call for Awards).
  • No application step - the secretariat emails the authors of accepted "1. Scientific Presentation“.
Encouragement Award For first authors of Scientific Presentations who meet one of: (a) a hospital of <600 beds; (b) raising preschool-age children (any gender); (c) disability certificate holders. No secondary-review abstract required. Guidance is emailed after acceptance.
